 Commercial Projects

Space Two Design and Build owner Andrew Connolly has worked for several independent house-builders, construction companies and commercial organisations over the years.

He has a wealth of skill and experience in first and second fix tasks, including fixing and hanging fire door frames and doors, office refits, stair fixing, kitchen fitting, internal and external door hanging, as well as general construction and maintenance work.

Garden Studios

Our bespoke garden rooms are our speciality. We’ve worked closely with renowned German carpentry specialists Chiemgauer Holzhaus on a timber house-build in Germany, which helped fuel our passion for our stunning Garden Room and Studio designs here in the UK.

We use timber frame construction techniques and offer a range of cladding and roofing details, as well as a bespoke finish so you can tailor your space to your own specific requirements.

 Outdoor Projects

We also offer garden projects to makeover your outdoor space, including decking, planters and designing and building sheds.

Store-bought commercial sheds today are often poor-build quality and made of inadequate materials, but you be confident that our tailor-made sheds are built to last thanks to the finest craftsmanship and highest quality materials we use.
